This website, msfinefinishes.com, is operated by M's Fine Finishes LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company and residential and commercial painting contractor based in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, serving Worcester and north central Massachusetts ("M's Fine Finishes," "we," "us" or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
When you request an estimate, call us or text us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address or town of the property, and details about the work you want done, including photos if you send them.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and general location based on IP address. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request, schedule a visit and prepare a written estimate.
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, text message or email.
- To send appointment reminders and project updates you have agreed to receive.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, and to measure the results of our advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, M's Fine Finishes may send you messages about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us at (978) 645-3529.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our customer management and messaging platform (which hosts our estimate form and sends our texts), our website host, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate and project records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor our commitments to you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.
