These terms apply to your use of msfinefinishes.com, which is operated by M's Fine Finishes LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company and residential and commercial painting contractor based in Fitchburg, Massachusetts ("M's Fine Finishes," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and the work itself
Information on this site describes our services in general. It is not an offer or a price for any specific job. Every project is priced on a written estimate after we see the work in person. The scope, price, schedule and any other terms of a job are set out in that written estimate or proposal, which governs the work if you accept it.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from M's Fine Finishes LLC at (978) 645-3529 about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders and your project.

Promotions: 10% off any job over $2,500
- Applies to painting projects with a total of $2,500 or more before the discount is applied.
- Mention the offer when you request your free estimate, or at any point before the estimate is provided. It cannot be applied after a proposal has been issued, after work has begun, or retroactively.
- One discount per household or property per project. Not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount. No cash value.
- Does not apply to change orders added after the proposal is signed, to materials purchased separately, or to work funded by an insurance claim or a third party.
- The discount is offered at the discretion of M's Fine Finishes and is not guaranteed on every project. If it applies to your job, it will appear on your written estimate before any work begins. M's Fine Finishes may modify or end this promotion at any time.
Workmanship guarantee
M's Fine Finishes stands behind its work. If paint we applied peels, blisters, flakes or otherwise fails because of how we prepared or applied it, contact us and we will inspect it and make it right at no charge for the labor involved.
- The guarantee covers our workmanship: surface preparation, priming and application.
- It does not cover damage from moisture, leaks, structural movement, mildew or rot that develops after the job, normal wear, impact, cleaning with harsh products, or surfaces you asked us to paint against our recommendation.
- The terms that apply to your project, including what is covered, are written on your estimate before work begins.
- To make a claim, call or text (978) 645-3529 with photos of the area and the date of your project.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we do not provide. Photos, text and design on this site belong to M's Fine Finishes or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent.
Third-party services
Our estimate form and review display are provided by third-party services, and the site links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services or sites.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, M's Fine Finishes is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
